Long and short of it is they are seeking "civil and criminal remedies" against MT. They are going to file a class action suit it seems on behalf of Cert holders...I have to speak with someone today to get more details and will try and give ya more when I have a better handle on whats going on...If I has a scanner I would email you the docs but I don't...sorry bout that...i AM SURE SOMEONE ELSE WILL FILL THE DETAILS IN! And then all the hoodlums will come out and beat everyone that has hope to a pulp...I really dislike malice filled bitter people!
