me neither... i never really read the fine print, but here's an update, sort of, from the email sent by td ameritrade today:

"On July 7, 2008, American Scientific Resources and Kidz-Med filed suit against Tecnimed in the United States
District Court Southern District of New York, the supplier of the Thermofocus® 5-in-1 thermometer for breach of
contract and tortious interference. The company was seeking $3 million in damages. This matter was resolved on
March 6, 2009, in an out-of-court settlement. The parties agreed to split any future payments from Walgreens and
BabiesRUs until the debt owed to Tecnimed is satisfied. Kidz-Med lost its exclusivity in the retail sector as a
result of this settlement. However, the company has already identified other suppliers of non-contact
thermometers as it pursues a growth strategy in this area.
On August 18, 2008, Kidz-Med, Inc., American Scientific Resources, Inc. and Tecnimed, S.R.L. were served with
a patent infringement suit filed in United States District Court District of Massachusetts by Exergen Corporation.
Management believes this suit does not have merit and is vigorously defending the same."
