'Dugan told the family member that he became enraged at Intel after receiving a termination letter from the company that followed a two-year dispute over disability claims, the complaint says.

The family member informed authorities that Dugan is bipolar, on medication and said in the Oct. 16 phone call that he had unsuccessfully attempted to commit suicide by ingesting all his painkillers and medications a week earlier, the complaint says.'
