- On November 9th, Imaging 3 confirmed that they re-submitted to the FDA regarding the intended use label.
- FDA approvals are typically not sent via letter they are sent via fax similar to the confirmations that Dean has received from the FDA in the past. This fax will be coming from the Eastern time zone, therefore may arrive in the early AM.
- On the last conference call, I believe Dean stated that the FDA has 30 days to respond to their re-submission. 30 Days will be Wednesday, Dec 9th.
- Holding strong with shares at $0.035
