It sounds like you are saying with assurance that there are billions of planets with life out there. While the Bible is silent on the matter, I seriously doubt that is even remotely true. Neither of us can be certain, though.

As to "God's record of creational success of making man "from the dust of the ground"," remember that the only inhabited planet that we know of is our own Earth. No one would ever agree more than I that "God has never missed a free throw" -- there is nothing that He cannot easily accomplish if He desires to do so. There is, however, no indication whatsoever that it was ever in His will to create more than this one inhabited planet. Fortunately. it is not a subject that is important from a Christian point of view, and I will leave it at that.
