The Emeryville, California-based company said it won’t raise its offer to buy Diedrich Coffee Inc. (DDRX:US) after the maker of single-serving coffee packets declared as superior a competing bid from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR:US) Green Mountain added 4.5 percent to $63.08.
