NOPE...just a shareholder trying to help Bob in his plight to raise money...in hindsight i can see why nobody will finance him without a signifagant incentive...no financials...and even if he did the balance sheet would look terrible..he has no bussiness plan to speak of...he s resorted to ""angel investors""...lol
he can t conduct legidement business so he relies on people who ignore basic bussiness principals because they can spare the money...no institution will touch LEI...
