Right. It appears that he is doing mostly the right things to build a startup company. Isn't he supposedly wealthy already?

As I said, if JBII becomes successful, he can pay himself whatever salary he wants and issue himself stock options up the wazoo and no one will be able to object. With that super-voting stock, no one will ever be able to get control of the company against his wishes.
