The future LOC, do you think will be a CD or Equity Based? I know this $200k clearly stated NO to either of the above, but only a temporary loan. Great for Emerald, they made an easy few hundred dollars AND ETNL will continue business as usual. From reading the update yesterday, we are in the driver's seat as far as recieving the LOC. The waiting appears to be over. IMO we should have some details by December 22. That is ONE WEEK, after the 15 days is over, since it started on December 1? I am only speculating, that it took EI one week to give us the 8k. So the next one IF it is on the same time line? What amount of LOC are we looking at, I know they stated $1.5m is what is needed? Is that what they are seeking for 2010's future? What are going to be the details in your opinion and others? I am thinking it will be a CD, or equity based with some restricted shares? I still want to know where the 20m shares are? Those that went to the lender or consultant? Going to be an interesting next few weeks, BUT we are on the right track. We need the LOC, in a major way. From the looks of it...it is about to happen?
