Not at all. I would be very surprised if we later find out that Pike did not buy those 42 Million to cover his tail on the forged Opinion Letters. Certainly, it is not plausible to think he baought 42 Million shares of a suspended company under SEC investigation for fraud as an investment. That would make absolutely no sense.
