Since this is a pink sheet stock, communication is absolutely vital for investor confidence. Unlike OTCBB, etc, there is no SEC filings, so all our information is coming from PR, blog, etc .
What makes pinks risky is that we are all all invested essentially in the CEO and his integrity, honestly, and ability to produce, we have nothing else to fall back on, or to reference like an SEC document to give us warm fuzzies. Essentially we are all flying partially blind so it is normal to get nervous when deadlines are not being hit because we have no SEC document to explain what is happening. I for one believe it is not wrong to question or wonder what is happening and I enjoy hearing both sides of every issue. All of us want LLEG to succeed and have $$ invested, so we should all welcome the positives and the negatives in order to keep a clear head.
In regards to Berlin, I assume that what is happening is that there were some 3rd party loose ends to finalize that took longer than expected. (This will happen on any big project, and we already now this is somewhat happening due to the ISO study) Instead of broadcasting what these specifically were, the CEO was silent. I think this will probably be to our benefit (in a strange way) because it keeps the 'Berlin plant haters' from trying to interefere with the process and kill/delay it. I have no reason to doubt that the application will be filed. Think clearly on this, with all the $$ invested and the joint venture, it makes no sense not to file. It may drag into Jan or Feb, but it will happen IMHO.
The share structure and real 'float' is another legitimate topic to discuss, but I don't want to go down that rabit hole. Without an SEC document it's all speculation.
