here's another "never enough" for me. Those saying the CFO Schwarz resigning from TYCO is good, hey what if he resigned because he would NOT sign the 8/14 declaration endorsing validaty of earnings report.Like with the CFO and CEO gone, who do they have to sign. The new CEO, who knows nothing? TYCO still a potential major mess,imo. Max
