zvtk chart history shows that when it closes at or near the high of the day on good volume it will modestly gap at open without news. The gap then fills and the pps drops to the previous days open...which is around .0022 - .0023 (today's open)

zvtk history, since May, also shows news always being released at 9:00am.

If there is news the gap will be higher with typically a two, maybe three day run. Great news may take us on a longer run.
