THERE ARE NO NEW SHARES BEING ISSUED!!!!! this is a vote to allow authorizing new shares to fed off a hostile takeover

it is essentailly a Poison Pill....it will keep large entities from buying controlling interest of the company on the open market BECAUSE WE ARE UNDERVALUED!!!!!

this has NO effect in Dilution!!!!
