Can't wait for this 8K to come out since that will show up on business wire where a lot more people will be able to see it. This web site update is great but a regular PR will attract a lot more eyes to the stock!!

Dear Shareholders,

Eternal Image is anticipating the filing of a Form 8K today to begin introducing shareholders to the financing deal we have been working on over the last few months. We know a lot of shareholders have been waiting for this.

The entire funding agreement will be fully disclosed in two different filings as paperwork is executed and subsequently filed with the SEC within the required time.

With specific regards to today’s 8K:

· This is a very short term loan that is NOT an equity facility nor is it written as a convertible note. It is short term debt
· The interest rate is very favorable
· This provides EI with the means and a bridge to await the impending final step with the funding partner

· Management anticipates swift repayment in reliance on financial commitments already in progress with the funding partner, to be disclosed soon.
