Just checked share structure with TA.

No Restricted Shares have been issued! Is this Greenlight deal done?? No Restricted shares - No deal! Previously from IR:

Dan says the Greenlight deal is for Restricted Shares.

Dan also said the final price (Restricted Shares) would probably be determined by the stock value then.

Zenergy has also not issued the Restricted shares to cover the $570K of cash they reported on the last Financials.
