CAGC - anyone seen news and/or a reason for this run-up?

I sold 1/2 my position last week @ 24.50 -- for 300% gain -- and now just a couple days later it is fluctuating around $29? Anyone with an idea re why this current run will be greatly appreciated!

(Rames, we have roughly the same target, I was looking for 29.)
