I asked why not have an announcement that says we have a JV deal pending government approval, he said it worked for him. I can only assume that is Juan's call and he won't make any announcement until this is approved be the government. I think that has more to do with the woman making her huge investment in Medinah than anything else.

I don't buy the idea that this could be one to two weeks away....it either is or it isn't.
