I have a few problems with this Proxy:
1. I own LGTT in three different accounts but only received two proxy statements. Where's the third?
2. Since these were in my mailbox this last Saturday, how am I supposed to return them before the 12th and show if I am going to attend the meeting.
3. There are no markings on these proxies to show who is voting the shares. What is to stop me from making 2200 copies (or more) and submitting the option I want? I could just sign many different names.
4. Continuing #3, since the two (+ a missing) proxies don't memorialize "my" 3.6 million votes, what guarantee do I have that GREV will consider the way I voted?
I do have another comment. The latest PR says GREV is doing this because of questions from investors but he doesn't want to do it. If he doesn't want to do it, then why bring it up for a vote? Period.
I would bet if someone looked back through iHub message board history to the first person who mentioned an r/s, they would find that poster to be linked to GREV somehow and all he has done from the beginning is set the stage under a pseudonym. But now, he can say the investors wanted it. What investor would want an r/s?
This is so rigged; GREV is just going to do what he wants through smoke and mirrors. Will someone please pass me a crayon once you are finished. I need to get these in the mail.
Now that my ranting is out of the way, if GREV would just put out some financials, I do think the stock could fly. I will continue to hold.
