Okay - I am not a specialist in the airline industry - so help me out.

This sounds like a "good to know" type of pr. I will take it. But, it will probably take a while for the plane to be modified, I assume. Then they still need FAA certifation. Does the FAA do their review while the plane is being modified or after it's completed? I have read it will take some time for each, of course correct me where I am wrong, so if they are subsequent steps, are we looking at a May inaugural flight, barring any FAA setbacks?
