The fact that its been trading between .04 and .05 for the last few weeks really indicates manipulation by someone.
If this one was free to run, my guess is it would be way below .04, at least by monitoring the constant down trend of the VWAP.
I have no doubt that many here would state that it would go up if it wasnt being held captive in this 4-5 zone.
Somethings gotta give eventually. Should be interesting either way.

the SEC suspends trading only when it believes the public may be making investment decisions based on false or misleading information.
