So YA sells its 5B shares and then that's the end of the dilution/float problem.. am i correct? After that, regardless of price per share, YA is unable to further dilute and as long as NEOM grows, price per share will increase accordingly.

I was listening to our recent conference call on the NEOM website and don't trust the bloke with the Irish/N Irish accent AT ALL!!!!
