The Pentagon spokesman has admitted that they do not know
what they took from the depot. They do know that there was a lot more left in less accessible storage caches.

The Major were concerned mainly about munitions and phosporus munitions in particular not RDX, HDX, etc.

In fact, the Major basically said he did not have the technical knowledge to know the difference between the different explosive materials.

The Major was simply a "warehouseman" or materials handler.
He apparently did not keep records and they did not take an inventory of what they removed. He just knew how many truckloads there were. But much was left behind.

Moreover, the Major says that the facillity was unguarded when he arrived.

Now that is quite different from the tale that you are telling.
