ShockRounds(TM) "Electric" Less-Lethal Bullets Project Approved by Harrington Group Shareholders

SANTA CLARA, CA, Oct. 28, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- MDM Group, Inc. (OTC: MDDM) advises that as reported by Harrington Group (ASX: HGR) to the Australian Stock Exchange, the shareholders meeting overwhelmingly approved the acquisition of the ShockRounds(TM) project. The Harrington public offer document is now being completed and will be released publicly during the course of November 2004. It is noted that in Australia, as required by the Listing Rules, trading in Harrington Group securities is now suspended until completion of the public offering.
