tomorrow = monday, I thought perhaps he spoke with Someone! hell did anyone else interpret this the same way. Maybe this should be cleared up. We are not all lawyers and accountants . We do rely on others DD no matter how many times the knowlegdable say do your homework. If this is a non issue why does it still have to be reported in the 10 , and why haven't the INVESTORS sued already. probably and easy answer. Break it to me gently. other question who are the investors (whats the company or name). Seems its a non or past issue ,but a cloud non the less.
