We have just been given a worst case scenario of walking away with more value than we have currently.

Worst case is this is what we get. Best case is the judge/company decide to fork more over to us.

That always pending what if my shares cancel/become worthless is now off the table :).

Basically this is now as close to risk free as possible for all of us already in.
