I don;t know what crakcerjack Transfer Agent they are using, but I know owners of 2 different Agents and their customers are charged a FLAT FEE per month.

The ONLY additional charges occur when there are Cert issures or DWAC.

The monthly fees cover things like shareholder calls.

Plus, there is No good reason for any company to want to intentionally HIDE the share counts from their owners(Shareholders)

That is bullcrap/. They have people invested their money in their company but won;t provide the most BASIC information?

They have a fidiciary responsibility to their shareholders.
