GAGGED xfer agent. Do you want to know why? Not because the copany is hiding anything. Everytime a shareholder asks the transfer agent for this information a charge is incurred. $60 to be exact. So imagine 100 people calling per day for weeks and weeks and week. TG told me one week it costs them $6300 grand in transfer fee charges for share counts. I would gagg the xfer agent also. Keep your head on sraight here. Bid news came out on Friday reagrding the share count and naked short selling. Do you really think MM's were selling real shares during the past three weeks? If they were we would have been at .10 cents already with this kind of volume. Every share sold, was matched twice with shares being shorted. Very obvious. They were forced to cover when the retiememnt occured otherwise they would have never tried to cover and rode ti right back to .0002 - .0003 then covered. Now the cat is out fo the bag. Things are going to get very very ugly for NITE, UBSS, SHSH, VERT and ABLE. This is no pump game or a reason for the stock to run. When I heard online brokers had a restriction on HESG buying I almost collapsed in joy. You will all become belivers very soon, if you missed the boat and are not able to buy, it's your fault for waiting. Now you can sit back and watch it go to .25 cents just in time for Christmas.
