Received this from Company during the week.

At this point insiders hold 29 million shares once the transaction closes those 29 million will be cancelled and 54 million will be issued to the new insiders.

If memory is working I believe the O/S will be 100 Mil after the transaction close. If so the float would be 46 Mil, and insiders owning 54%
