The way I took it was that he is definitely going to give a PR by the end of the year. He said he is working on multiple things right now and how exciting it would be if they all came together at the same time.

He makes it sound like he is covering a lot areas for this company to have a better chance of doing great! IMO he is coming to a point of having to make a decision on which road to take. Past history demonstrates we have a no fluff PR kind of CEO. IMO the next PR(s) is/are going to be something to talk about for a long time to come.

NOTE: I am only doing my own DD and sharing it with the board. I always have a fear when it comes to penny stocks and their CEOs. At this point I believe what JD is saying. We have until the end of the year to see if there really is any meat on what he has been telling me. I have put a lot of my (for me) in him and the future of SYMW.
