Perhaps the flippers are holding down the pps.

When Co. becomes profitable the flippers may stay long and provide a foundation for pps growth.

I'm no expert and bought in/hold starting about 1 year ago as a result of a promo fax about VSPC which according to the fine print cost $25k to produce.

I appreciate you experts sharing your comments & insight.
