I agree that he probably was already contacted, but having seen how the SEC acted in the past, they won't halt this for a while, unless Bailey cuts a deal.

Look at CMKX, BKMP and other know scams. The SEC does not care about investors, they only care about fining these scams and making money for themselves.

It took a US Senator for them to accept the complaint...what does that tell you!?!

Someone asked me why I keep posting...since the SEC is so slow in their investigation, there are people like me who will try every trick in the book to make sure that Bailey does not profit from this scam any longer. We can only hope that we are successful.

Now, as for Karma, well that is another story.
