Ryan: Taking a picture or video with your camera phone has nothing to do with NeoMedia. Augmented Reality currently has nothing to do with NeoMedia. If NeoMedia wants their patent to extend to AR, they are going to have to go to court and prove an image is an index. There is a possibility NeoMedia would win such an infringement suit. But until that day of victory, no one will license NeoMedia for AR.
