I dont share your view of a pascifist Christianity. Nixon did what you wanted. Ended Vietnam. Seems like he would be some great hero to your kind. Instead he is the most villified President in our history. A small part of me believes that is what happens to a middle of the road Republican. The kind that tries to please all. Same could be said of Bush. Give me a Reagan. One that doesnt care what the opposition says. One who addresses the American people and says to the opposition, "Beat that". One that recognizes that it doesnt matter what the press says. I dont care to rehash the crusades, civil war, WW1, Vietnam, or Iraq with you. I am no fan of Wilson, No fan of Kennedy and no fan of Bush but as bad as those three were and it is bad because I consider Wilson the worst untill now, I dont doubt the sincerity of those three in wanting The U.S. To survive. As bad as past policy was it never rose to the level of intentionally trying to destroy this country. I share your love for the bill of rights. I share your concern about the health care bill. I share your your view of doom being our direction. I do not share your view of the role Christianity has played.
