Megas did not "rescue" his shell from the "abyss"...he utterly failed in his fiduciary responsibilities from the chronic hijackings of his shell to the sueing of shareholders to the failure to file and respond to the SFC/SEC and everything inbetween.

A better question would be.. name a CEO more incompetent or complicit...whichever shoe fits.
