Here's the short term problem.
Per Tufan's conversation with BS

Our main focus as of right now is $3.5 million government guaranteed loan and we have hired consultant
and we working with senators office. With $3.5 million loan we should be able to start up SC Bio-Diesel facility which would the revenue flow.

NO FINANCING AS OF TODAY. I dont know if the problem is they dont qualify for the loan or what is happening but for some reason even with Mac on board they still cant get a loan. What will happen from here?
