My understanding is the 42,000,000 Pike supposedly bought after the suspension were not 144 shares. The previous 100,000,000 were likely restricted. But, even the entire 142,000,000 would not qualify as control shares because of A) The increase in OS and; B) the issuance of 28,000,000 Class B with super voting rights
