Not to long ago NEOM's patents covered the following objects: logos, trademarks, keywords, BILLBOARDS, slogans, RFID, 1D, 2D, Aztec, EAN, etc. (if I missed something add it in),could be clicked on by a mobile device to get a response in one click.

This is why NEOM's patents are disruptive to everyone in the mobile space, IMO.

Why did NEOM start pushing 2D codes in their "new regime"? Beats the hell out of me. Maybe they needed something to stick fast. Not sure. Why did NEOM go after Mobot for visual search and then drop them like a tank? To much to fast, not the right market time, bad game plan? Not sure ask past mgmt.

NEOM's patents were always more to me and covered more than just 2D codes.

And to clear up voice clicks, it was confirmed in an email response from past mgmt that "voice clicks to content" were being looked into for coverage under the current patents or in the future. Now, IMO, it is possible that past mgmt may have already filed for a new patent. Then again maybe not. The response I received was a few years back and I did not pursue it because I felt my concern was covered, at the time.

Add in location based to the mix.

How would you like to walk down the street, pick up a paper flier for Target, click on the bulleye, go to a map, find the store location relative to where u are standing, and then review that add for what was on sale. Then comparison shop other stores for that item before you go to Target or find it cheaper on line. Save any gas without running around?
