According to Brian:

1. The winners announced by DOE is not the grant SC State and SRE SC, Inc applied for. The winners for the grant SC State and SRE SC, Inc applied for is yet to be announced. They are supposed to announce top ten from each catergory and then top ten would be given thirty days for oral presentation and then the winners would be announced.

2. Our main focus as of right now is $3.5 million government guaranteed loan and we have hired consultant and we working with senators office. With $3.5 million loan we should be able to start up SC Bio-Diesel facility which would the revenue flow.

3. The company is not selling any shares in the market right now and will continue not to do so.

4. The future of the company looks great and we are moving forward.
