While it may seem like a big deal to spongies, it is not bigger than the spongebob deal, which went nowhere as far as the stock is concerned.
Actually , thats incorrect the PPS did go somewhere, just not where investors wanted it to go.

the SEC suspends trading only when it believes the public may be making investment decisions based on false or misleading information.
