Diva, Scottrade is notorious for this sort of thing. I experienced the same thing with another stock, this was back to the second week of September, I left Scottrade for E-trade two weeks ago, and that stock was still restricted. I wish I would have listened to others and gotten out of Scottrade sooner. I am now trying to save you some aggravation. I now know any further hesitation on my part, and it would have happened with this stock. However, it is your call, E-trade is more expensive, but you get so much more.
