RCN in San Francisco serves the communities of South San Francisco, Daly City, San Mateo, Redwood City, San Francisco (Noe Valley, Castro, Diamond Heights, Potrero Hill and Mission Districts) and Burlingame.

The Castro District is a HUGE gay area....in the area above you have a population of well over a million. That's why I say the 40,000 target alone is unrealistic because you'll get that from the Castro District in SF.
