LAS VEG... i called scottrade today about the restriction on buys... they said in no way does higher risk have anything to do with restriction of buys... do you want to know the truth??? its because they cant guarantee the shares will be cleared in 3 days and therefore they could recieve a HEFTY fine from the SEC...keep bashing.. i love it.. and ya if it gets halted; live and learn, alot of people are in this already.. just buy in now or leave our room because were here for honest information
