they are restricting....they dont block sells cause that allows you out of the stock obviously. they can limit you going into a stock, but not from getting out if its still being traded. they are playing big brother because of the high volume over the last couple weeks. they think they need to protect people. also spending many years in the biz, i cant tell you how many times complaints and suits were filed because when people lost fortunes from bad trading they sue the brokers saying " you should have stopped me". so they are protecting themselves from people who are always looking to blame others for their lack of
