There will be no pps movement upward until . . .

IMO serious investors know for a fact that PPHM isn't going to dilute them into oblivion. When you have that many shelf shares available and no money in the bank to proceed trials further w/o either (a) a large agreement with cash (they won't do it because the BOD is too stupid to get it done) or (b) run the same ole same ole sell some shelf shares gambit well . . . it them becomes elemental my dear Watson's!!! Sorry the government is not going to save them IMO!!!

In short, there will be no price movement even with a Phase III announcement w/o explanation on how they are going to pay for it. In the meantime, volume will remain low unless they have those days where PPHM is selling (diluting us) its shelf - they (serious investors) have them by the proverbial B*LLS - they need only wait to take advantage!!!!

Want more proof - see how many shares the BOD and PL are buying!!! NADA, not one single share in years.

Oh and one more thing. Why the *(#*!!! are they even considering starting up more Phase I's - stupid!!! They need to realize that their (ES and his biotches) free ride will end one day. Twenty years w/o a product does not a company make. Move on, sell Cotara, get a phase III and make it your goal to get it done!!!
