what you saw today is a thinly traded stock that has a deal with a market maker to let them sell shares for higher then the bid ask. after they dumped 100k shares in the .125 ti .13 range they put the bid ask back to .11 by .125. It's because it's thinly traded. makes it way more obvious. you would not notice in a heavier volume stock. run the crooks are dumping. this company has nothing and keeps giving shares to themselves and anyone esle who will do something for them. joke
