So TD Ameritrade is basically saying "We smell something fishy, so we're not letting people trade it"

... Oh well. Must be MM manipulation.

Time for more of those .006 cheapies! Buy them if you're trading institution will let you ... lol ...

So when are we supposed to see that green, transparency, legitimate PR, progress stuff? Sure is ridiculous around here.
