I think she is going to go much lower than here, at least down to 2 cents, quite possibly sub penny before all is said and done. The PPS has broken down on the 10, 20, and 50 MA on the 60 minute. The news on the dilution is going to kill this stock, IMO. Too bad, I was hoping this was the real deal here, looks like it may just be another pump and dump, again. I don't understand why companies like this will screw the investors like they are doing with the news of the dilution rather than doing every thing they can to make the stock price go up, rather than down!!! We could all make money if they would do that, rather than benifit one company, Socius, as they are doing with this dilution. I am sure Socius will dump and dump and dump on this stock just as Manatuck did. How pathetic.

I would appreciate it if someone on this board could explain in detail the news on the investment this morning. It does not look good to me.
