To this day, they have still never answered the questions of
"Where is it allowed under SEC rules that you can rescind a dividend that has already been placed into a shareholders account?"

"And can you give an example of any other company ever doing something like that before?"

I have the fortune of owning another stock that rescinded a dividend, and a cash dividend at that. ANVH, it has been quite a while and it has yet to be resolved. But of course I'm an optimist, especially since I bought more, and I am hopeful that it revolves around the loosely regulated shorting fiascos, and hopefully my patience will result in a windfall.
