#44 Be Bold to Call on God ____ And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that you thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested (IChron. 4:10).------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jabez called upon God. He was bold. He asked God to bless him and to keep him from evil (harm). God "granted him that which he requested." Do we dare be as bold as Jabez was? Why not? God certainly seemed pleased with Jabez.
